Friend of Kramer's who thinks Jerry is "a phony." Has a dispute with George over a parking spot which goes on for hours. Also was locked in the trunk of a car.

Does anyone know the actors name who played "mike moffitt"? I think he also played a pirate in "pirates of the Carribean ". If anyone knows please give me a reply. Thanks, Bee.
