In "The Pool Guy" Jerry asks who would win in a fight between George and him, Elaine says "like in a real fight?
and then he says "mona a baldo", where does that come from?... mona a baldo

"mano a mano" is an expression (Spanish, I think) that means "hand to hand", as in hand to hand combat. Jerry just changed it since George is bald.
