Jerry's father, and #1 Dad, who sold raincoats for 35 years, then was hired to work for the J. Peterman catalog just at J. Peterman himself returned. He likes Wizard tip calculators and hates the pull out sofa bed. Morty was impeached as Condo Board President of Del Boca Vista (Phase II), then failed to install Kramer in a puppet regime at Phase III because Kramer was caught barefoot in the clubhouse.

Also, he was played by a diff actor in one of the first episode. |

Morty (the #1 DAD) should not be confused with "World's Greatest DAD!"
which is the best in the world.... better than just #1. But who knows how official any of these rankings really are.
