are you ready to admit you don't know what you are talking about? I thought your "official" link told you June? We all know now that season 4 will be out in May.

I don't have an "official link." I'm here actually working on the fricking things. The last time Sony visited, they told us June.

If you think my info is all BS then stop reading them. They have my name on them so they're easy to spot.

BTW, I am ready to admit that I know nothing about the show since I've never watched it. Wink

"The first 40 episodes released in volumes 1 & 2 started production in January 2004.

It is a long process to go back and cut all the negative for all the episodes so that they can be transferrd to high definition.

As far as Sony goes: they're the ones that wanted to do the show right: cutting all the negative for all shots including stock footage shots (city shots, apartment buildings, and various other establishing shots.)

CRE didn't want to spend an extra dime to do it right and was content on transferring the original video masters right to DVD. We and Sony cut an episode on film in order to convince them to do it right. It worked."

So, what I do is hinted inside this old post.

I actually don't do anything with the DVDs. That part comes after my work.

BTW, how many dogs do I need to own in order run that car for a week?

I think, if you do work on the DVDs, "CRE" was smart to see proof before paying money for the upgrade. Why diss them for not spending hundreds of thousands on something promised?

You also said (in a much earlier post)by 2006 all seasons would be out! In the information from sony it said it will be 2007. So nothing you say holds a grain of salt.

"Nothing I say?" Fine. Again, just don't read anything I post.

However, if Sony gives me a schedule and then changes it without telling me - that don't mean "nothing I say holds a grain of salt." It just means the information has been upgraded.

BTW, the currently running schedule of releases is:

May - season 4

Thanksgiving/Xmas - seasons 5 and 6 as another gift set

May/June 2006 - season 7

Thanksgiving/Xmas 2006 - seasons 8 and 9 as another gift set.

Of course, being a "business," Sony could change this schedule as we go on.
