I'll say Saddam H. But was it the real SH?
He seemed to have more of a British accent!

I could have SWORN that was the real Saddam Hussein, taking time out from his busy dictating chores to do a guest spot on the Seinfeld program. Now I'm disillusioned...

Not to debunk the premise of your thread, but wasn't Fidel Castro also depicted on the show? I seem to recall George Costanza being sent to Cuba to scout baseball players and meeting up with the venerable strongman.

That would make it two dictators...

Are you sure it wasn't the real Saddam.
I mean they didn't drag him out of that hole
until like two years ago which made him available for sitcom cameos throughout the 90's.

it was the race The Race.

George responds to a personal ad in a Communist newspaper while at work, when Steinbrenner hears about it, he wants to see George in his office. George is then sent out to Cuba to talk about a baseball talent with Castro.

Although you can say that theoretically, Castro DID appear, he was only shot from the back like Steinbrenner is in several episodes.
