New Seinfeld cartoon?

Does anybody know if Jerry Seinfeld was involved in writing the cartoon called Mortonomous? It seems like his kind of humor. You can see it if you go to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fc8g9BiC-FU If anybody knows Id love to find out. Thanks.
