Can someone confirm that Newman said his first name was Paul in an episode?

On a few occassions, he was referred to as "Mr. Newman" but never by his first name. Specifically I think he was called "Mr." by the judge when he was the Scofflaw.

John, the man who played Cosmo Kramer is Michael Richards.

The Newman question has come up more than a few times. His first name is never mentioned. That was part of the charm - NEWMAN!

I don't think he even has a first name, Wayne Knight in a interview said that Newman was supposed to be just a one episode gig but the producers kept bringing him back

Laughing no offense or anything jake, but that cracked me up. i would think that paul would be remembered for his acting career, rather than his dressings.

not sure, perhaps his dressings made more of an impact on the world, especially the lovely blurbs written on the labels Wink
