I noticed last night on the second disc of the new dvd that Elaines "Nip" Christmas card is in the episodes section.
Naturally it's partially obscured by a restaurant check.

Now, you just reminded me of something in that episode that i thought was odd. When Elaine's coworker says "Hey, Nip, you done with that?", to which Elaine replies "Yeah, here take it, and stop calling me Nip!", the notes about nothing pointed out something strange.

They actually dubbed the actor's line with Larry David's voice, which i find fascinating. What a weird thing to do, why not let the poor guy have his line?

And by the way, good eye Harry, i'm gonna check it out. I actually am a little embarrassed to admit this, but the first time i watched that episode on DVD, i tried to zoom in on the card to see what it looked like. I know even if i could see it, there wouldn't actually be a picture of Elaine's nipple, but hey.

The reason they overdubbed his voice is probably down to payment. The minute an extra speaks even one word, they have to be paid a lot more. Thats why you notice when cast members sometimes talk to an extra in different shows, they often dont reply, instead nodding or gesturing.
