It has recently been suggested that I add an "Off Topic" forum, where people can disucss anything and everything.

What do you think?

It is easy enought to add this, or another sub-forum, if people think it is a good idea...

This feels good. You know, it feels good just to sit here and do nothing. Those other threads are exhauting sometimes. Ahhhhhhh.

That was me with a cut-and-paste, an edit, and an add-on. You know, this friggin thread isn't as restful as I thought it'd be.

I think I read something of the same idea awhile ago, I think it would be pretty sweet. Getting it in now would allow for some good Super Bowl talk. Just my opinion...

I'm voting yes to the off-topic forum, partly because I'm the one who suggested it and think it would be a great idea. Smile

Why? What's wrong with the topic? This is a bad topic? It's not that Jimmy wants to keep talking about it? Just think that the topic should resolve itself based on its own momentum.

So what's the deal with brunch? If it's a combination of lunch and dinner, how come there's no lupper or no linner?

Right now, there's the other J. Chiles. capable of posting on non-Seinfeld sites. But there's also Seinfeld J. Chiles. That's the J. Chiles we know. Movie J. Chiles, coffee shop J. Chiles, liar J. Chiles, bawdy J. Chiles. If non-Seinfeld J. Chiles walks through that door, he will kill Seinfeld J. Chiles. A J. Chiles divided against itself cannot stand!

I love that J. Chiles. Smile

Sorry to go agin the flow here folks, but I vote nahhh. It seems that topocs which stray too far off being Seenfeld-related (and the woman), are pretty much squelched. Many topics move back and forth across Kramer's new lane markings but usually come out even-Steven.

As a side note, is there a J. Chiles on the loose who requires a beating, or were you making a similar point in a different way, Leftenant Bookman? Wink

There are about a gazillion sites where topics of this, that, and the other can be disucussed, even those that are dark and disturbed. Not that there's anything necessarily wrong with that. I just don't see the need here. Whatevah, though. I guy (or a girl) can always reamin master of their domain and choose not to frequent that section.

There is no normal, whatever Stan wants. He wants us here off-topic, we're here off-topic.. he wants us here on-topic, we're here on-topic. Whatever he wants. You want these forums politically left, or right, or in the middle... whatever you prefer...

I was wondering if any of you guys remember what episode it was when Kramer is in the dreamcoat and "pimpin" in the Cadillac? If anyone can help me out that would be great.

I want to make the scene where he is walking down the street with the coat cane and hat as my desktop background.

I like the idea of an off-topic forum.

Well, uh, act..actually, Jimmy hasn't ever seen an off-topic forum. So, Jimmy couldn't tell you whether he liked it... or whether it really sucked.
