Which episodes is penny packer in ?

I thought that the only episodes in which (H.E.) Pennypacker makes his appearance were two.

First, in The Millennium, he was trying to help Elaine scam the Cinco de Mayo Store and introduced himself as a wealthy American industrialist wanting to open a silver mine in the mountains of Peru and getting to know the natives and getting the feel of their condiments and, um, of their unmentionables.

Second, in The Puerto Rican Day Parade, where he introduces himself as a wealthy industrialist, philanthropist and, bicyclist who wants place to conduct his peculiar habits and entertain the women he frequents while he pretends to have interest in the apratment for sale in order to find a "waterfall grotto" in which to take a leak.

What does the H.E. stand for in H.E. Pennypacker? Does anybody know?

There is anothe thread titled H.E. Pennypacker, these two should be mergered.

To my knowledge, it is just H.E., no first or middle name.

I think it's A.G., not H.E.
