Hey has anybody tried playing back the HQ episodes on the philips 642 divx DVD player? The reds and blue's seem reversed....any solutions?

It appears to be an issue with the player itself, because if you zoom in the colors are fixed. I just found out about this problem as I was trying to watch the same episodes. I guess a solution would be to burn them to DVD format, not avi. But if you don't have a DVD burner you are going to have to get more creative.

Did you come up with any solutions between your post and now?

Season 5 and 6 HQ play fine. This may have something to do with the resolution. Philips 642 does not like 544x416? Maybe try re-encode to a different size.

you need to re-encode them.

get dr. divx and re-encode the ones that are 544x416 - they are the ones that will come up with red/blue inversion.
