Hello Seinfeld lovers

I need to know who the red-haired walk-on guy is. He's in about 25 percent of the episodes, and is what we used to call a "bit-principal." He always has a specific action, but is rarely on screen for more than five or ten seconds.

Who is that guy in real life? What's his connection to Seinfeld that guarantees him so much walk-on/bit work???

He is Kramer's stand In. So he's on set for all the episodes anyway...

I didn't know he was Kramer's stand in... that's actually a pretty interesting piece of trivia.
