Susan Ross' roommate from college. Wanted to become an actress, but broke through and got her own tv special with 'the one wowan show' entitled "Jerry Seinfeld is the devil". A crazy woman who just wouldn't stop talking. Maybe the most annoying character in the Seinfeld history.

Agreed -- almost as annoying as the actress who portrayed her (Kathy Griffin?).

This is the ONLY episode that I will turn off when it comes on. If it weren't for Peterman's "It's a Ziggy. Quick Elaine, to my archives", and George's obsession with trying to prove that Al Neche was wrong about him eventually hurting Daphne, the episode would be of very little value.

She has to be THE most annoying character of all time and makes my skin crawl.

Ooops, back up the truck. I've remembered that George's travails with women in this episode actually involves the girlfriend that looks like Jerry.

So, Peterman remains as the only redeeming virtue of the episode (and maybe Kramer's inabiltiy to remain silent!).

Yes, it's true, Sally Weaver is one of the most annoying characters in Seinfeld history, and the actress who plays her, Kathy Griffin, SHOULD quit the business. However, one major reedeeming aspect of the episode, is this little nugget from Jerry:

"She should quit! But not because of me. She should be like everyone else, and deal with years of humiliation and heartbreak, before being spit out the bottom of the porn industry" - Jerry Seinfeld

I agree, the actress who potrayed "Sally Weaver" was very annoying, as is the actress her self....Peterman's "quick Elaine! to my archives!" was the only redeeming jewel.

I know I'm just repeating what everyone else said, but i have to say it. Before i entered this thread, I said to myself I have to tell everyone that the character and the actress that plays her make me freaking sick to my stomach....I know she played on "Talk Radio" or "Just Shoot Me", or one of those forgettable shows, and i always found her one of the worst and most annoying actresses (and that's an insult to all those who deserve to be called actresses)ever. I'd like to think she blew or slept her way into show business, but she's too ugly for that, so either she had naked blackmail pictures of some studio exec, or she's related to someone in the business.
She's terrible and obnoxious....I wonder what J. Peterman (Our local "Friends" fanatic) thinks of her. I'm scared to find out.

Sally Weaver was funnier than Peterman ever was. By a long shot!

Kathy Griffin does stand-up routines on Bravo periodically that, frankly, remind me a lot of Sally Weaver. Except Kathy Griffin's routines are hysterical. Kathy is cat-tee. Reeer! If you haven't seen her routine, lookout for the next one. Bravo Channel.

Kathy Griffin will be on Bravo tomorrow afternoon and again, with different material, on April 17 at 9PM Eastern time.

Up through last night, Bravo advertised that "Kathy Grffin..... Allegedly" would air tomorrow at 9PM. It changed its schedule today, and that show isn't there. "Kathy Griffin: Strong Black Woman" is allegedly on Bravo May 9. We'll see.
