(Maybe this topic has been already discussed here then my apologizes)
I'd like to know if it's illegal to make a public file (i.e. in HTML) of the script of the show of Jerry "I'm telling you for the last time".
Thanks for the answer.

Technically, you are required to obtain permission from the owner of the work. However, if you give the owner full credit, there usually isn't a problem for most people... and if anyone does have a problem with it, you'll usually have ten days to remove it without any penalties or hassles. You shouldn't face any legal issues unless you claim ownership and/or profit financially from your publishing of it. (But the owner always reserve the right to refuse other's usage of their work even if they aren't claiming ownership or profiting from it).

By the way, Jimmy's not a copyright attorney, so this isn't legal advice!

Ok, thanks for the advice, I have approximatively the same idea of the situation...
I'll do this, with the credits, and an advertissement for anyone who could be annoyed by this, to contact me and then I would remove it.
