Seinfeld Script Search:

Searching the Seinfeld Scripts

Some time ago, I added a feature to this site that enabled people to search all of the Seinfeld scripts. Generally, people liked the feature and it was talked about on a few forums and blogs around the net.

But I never realized how much the search feature is used.

This past weekend, after having some problems with my web host, they told, me that the search feature was taking up too much CPU processing power, which was causing slowdowns and other problems. Well, I have tweaked the code behind the search feature, so it should be much more efficient. Let me know if you notice any speed improvements.

Back to the point, I didn't realize previously how many people are searching the scripts each day. In the past 24 hours, 1200 searches have been conducted. That equates to 36,000 Seinfeld script searches each month! Six years after the series finale, I think that's pretty amazing.

Well it is a good comedy. Everyone recognises some or many form himself in it.
Too bad they stopped.

My husband and I saw Jerry perform tonight in Dayton, OH. He was amazing, I think he could stand on stage and be funny all night. The best part was when he took questions from the audience. Definitely worth the money we paid!

i'm guessing that you have seen the script books, you should have people read them instead of using your pages (no offence).

Well Behshad, you better head back to school because 1200 a day for 30 days is 36,000 not 360,000 as you suggest. I hope you are not an accountant. Razz Razz Razz

Have you ever thought of whom does your lover think while making love to you? I know a lot of guys who think they're in some movie while having sex. God bless the crowds, I guess they need it.

I absolutely love Jerry Seinfeld!!! Can you believe that I have never seen- not one-episode of Seinfeld because I live on a small Caribbean island where it is not aired on local TV and I have yet to order the DVD. However, I have read, perused and mulled over the 180 scripts and well, life has never been better.
