PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!! I used your site last May or June or thereabouts to pre-order the Season 4 DVD's. When I received them, they were from Amazon UK, in a format I cannot use on my machine... I ended up going and buying one locally, but I am frustrated, as I have been trying to find out how to get rid of these. Mailing them to the UK will cost me a fortune and it's not fair that I get penalized financially for someone else's mistake. How did this happen? Now I am afraid to order from your site again!!!

Buyer beware, i guess. It's unfortunate for you, but if you want to buy online, you need to make sure there are no ambiguities or misunderstandings about the product you're buying, because once it arrives at your house, there's not much you can do.
You needed to make sure your DVD's were the North American DVD format. If it was not advertised that the DVD's you bought were UK format, then you might have a case of misrepresentation. But i doubt this info was missing.
Why didn't you just get it from Amazon.com or Amazon.ca?

What a fantastic lecture in life lessons. And what a great case of "misrepresentation" that would make; I can see the lawyers lining up for a shot at 1/3 of that 30 bucks.
