Seeding, +Error

I'm trying to download S09-E19-24 and and am at about 80% now I'm getting this error. Can anyone help me with this? I'm also seeding S09-E13-18. "Seinfeld S9E19-24" : IO Error [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Documents and Settings\\#######\\Desktop\\Seinfeld S9E19-24\\S9E24 - The Finale, Part 2.avi'
