Only the pilot was named "The Seinfeld Chronicles" - when the show was picked up (for just 4 episodes), it was called "Seinfeld".

The pilot was called "Good News, Bad News" wasn't it?
Tartikoff(NBC Director) called the show "too New York, too jewish", while another executive saw the potentials of the show and produced four more show. And because of ABC's "Marshall Chronicles", The Seinfeld Chronicles was renamed "Seinfeld" -after "The Stock Tip"??
Maybe you're right, but then could you tell me, why they suddenly altered the show's name?
