Is it possible, using hypnosis or some other procedure, to have one's Seinfeld knowledge completely erased so one can go in fresh again?

The idea sounds a lot like what Lacuna, Inc. does in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." Clementine (Kate Winslet) goes there to have Joel Parrish (Jim Carrey) erased from her memory.
