hello,
I'm new on this site but I just got a 23 dvd very high quality set from a guy that my son buys playstation 2 copies from. he has been buying these for years from the same guy. I got these for $115 shipped from Chiago USPS Priorty. The reason I'm posting this is I need the dvd labels. You didn't think for $115 he would put labels on!!! If anyone has the .jpg's or knows where to get them I would be grateful.

thanks garyc

thanks

oh.... my.... GOD!!!

here's what i don't understand. you click on the message board, you look at all the topics, you see about half of them have the words "Seinfeld DVD" in the subject header, and you still ask if what you found is the real deal or not.

vince, this isn't aimed at you exclusively, but to everyone who comes here and asks if they happened across what is apparently the only legitimate set of seinfeld DVDs on the market. for all you people, take five seconds, scroll through the subject headers, and read the posts about the DVDs. moreover, stan has a page on this site which is EXCLUSIVELY DEVOTED to the DVD mystery! is it really such a bother to click your mouse?

there are NO official Seinfeld DVDs. there is no REAL DEAL. and you have NOT been that one exceptionally lucky individual who has found them. last i heard, they are working on getting the first volume out by christmas, and that is something i read in the legitimate press, but i don't think anyone really knows if the project has been fully committed to just yet.

sorry, but it's just frustrating to visit this board and everyday see a new question about the DVDs. i don't mind seeing people post to say that they've found homemade sets which are professionally done, because a lot of people would be interested in that. but to load the board with the SAME questions (which, again, have been answered not only by stan on the 'SEINFELD ON DVD'PAGE, but also by about a hundred different people on this very message board)every single day? just read, people, read.

PS: sorry, stan, if i'm out of line. it's just getting a little old, is all.

If "real" means "official", then the answer is no. The official release is expected late this year, but no official release has been announced. Razz

Don't be fooled...they aren't the real deal. My wife ordered the set as a present for my Birthday, and what we received was about 24 DVD's in plain covers where the episodes had been recorded from TV. We are now battling to get our money back. FYI...

In all fairness, the "DVD" page of this website only says "Is Seinfeld available on DVD? No." But it is... just not officially. And the links to Seinfeld DVD News are all dead links. Unless I'm missing something.

Some Television DVD sets could be nice. I'm making a set right now I already have 157 episodes. The VCD's and other methods degrade the quality If you do the episodes and are a big fan they should be done right.
Full resolution DVD quality. This is my method 22 minutes an episode equaling 1 gig a piece around 46 DVDs with single layer DVD-R. Just use a high end tuner card with DTV box and power Director Pro is nice for ripping commercials out the set is looking real good on play back. You should record at 640x480 for TV quality a lot of these sets are probably done on a cheap tuner card 320x240 when starting my collection I learn the hard way I had to buy higher end tuner card. It looked bad first try. 200.00 or up for real good card watch the resolution must be 640x480. composite or component inputs prefered coaxial degrades the quality espesially sound. good luck all

bollocks!!!
