Hi. The episodes that are posted on this website are the best quality that i have seen and i am waiting patiently to finish my collect when 5 and 6 are released... if anybody is having problems with downloading the torrent files i would be happy to send them to you in an alternate way. email me for info if ya need a season. I dont want people to resort to downloading lower quality episodes.

Hey Wrang,
I am new to this whole thing and would love to get all the Seinfeld episodes that you have, due to BT being down. I have been downloading all the episodes off of Kazaa, but the quality is awful. Any help would be great. I would have emailed you, but I dont know what your address is, or where to find it.
Thanks

hey, well do you guys know how to use mIRC? its just an internet chat program, but you can send files over it. if people are interested in starting a channel to serve only the quality rips from this site i would be will to serve all seasons but 5-6(as they are not released yet). reply only if your willing to serve files you download. you downloading and not serving wont help the circulation process.

hey wrang, I think the mirc idea is great. I personally dont have any HQ episodes to serve but I'm willing to distribute if I have them. I created a channel on irchighway server (irc.irchighway.net) called #seinfeld-hq . Maybe we can start something there and serve only high quality episodes from this site. My nick on the channel is windza_

Actually, wira and I were on yesterday. Wira had his server setup for a test. Turns out I can't server because of my router firewall. But it would work if we just setup a time where we all went on and setup servers.

yeah.. we will need to setup a time if the IRC thing is going to work.. and eric, I think there might be a workaround on the Firewall problem of yours. If you go to SysReset->File Server Manager->Server Config
on the top right hand side there's a dropdown menu that says "Basic Options" you want to change that to "Advanced Options". Once you did that, you want to put a check on "Firewall Workaround" which is going to be on your left hand side of the screen.

I saw like 5 or 6 people came to the channel in the last two days. That's a start I guess. People left because right now there's pretty much nothing there. I only have 2 files serving. If we dont have many servers the IRC thing is probably not going to work. If anybody else want to serve there, just go into the channel, setup your server and stay there as long as you can. If you have a registered nickname, just inform me so I can give an automatic OP status. I only know a little bit about mirc stuff, so if anybody here have a lot of experience, you are welcome to take over the channel control. Just let me know.

why use mirc or stuff like that? if everybody here in the forum would share his episodes in emule there would be no problem. "show me people. there are no people!"
and why is there no way that stan could make the torrents work again? i dont know how this works, but there must be a way to get the files back online... everything else at bittorent works too, why not seinfeld? what are these trackers, that can't be repaired?

Soulseek has been working real well. That's where most people are hanging out these days. Go to a room titled stanthecaddy all small letters, and run together just like you see it typed here. If you can't see someone's files it's either because they have not added you to their list of users OR........because you need to open up the ports on your firewall and/or router. The ports that need to be opened or forwarded are 2234 and 5534.
The speeds in Soulseek are decent, and the traffic is pretty consistent.
Please remember to message people in there, and let them know you want to be added to their list. And.....of course.....If your ports are opened/forwarded you won't have any problems.
