alright i've watched all 180 episodes of Seinfeld since i've had them on dvd and have heard Jerry refer to someone as "Coligula" (?) i dont know how to spell it. but i really want to know who/what this is?? i can't figure it out. the episode i remember are the Jimmy, when Watley has the adults only dentist office. can someone please help me??
