The dictatorial owner of a nearby soup stand which makes unbelievable soup. Takes an immense dislike to Elaine but makes friends with Kramer. Eventually he is driven out of the soup business by Elaine.

Heard on a local radio station that the "Soup Nazi" was Judge Reinhold.....after thrashing this disbelief in my mind, over and over again for a couple of months....led me to this site....many thanks for the information that Larry Thomas is the "man." Our local station schunches up the Seinfeld credits which makes it impossible to attach an I.D. to any character. Great episode! Here's wishing to new episodes of "Seinfeld" in the future.....We can always hope! Regards.
