These little 5-minute "webisodes" are pretty funny, and they make great extras if you're putting your HQ's on DVD. For those interested here's a few tips...

The normal website entry point
http://www.jerry.digisle.tv/room.html

is a good place to watch them, but if you want to download, sneak in the back door and go directly to the list of files:
http://www.jerry.digisle.tv/media

The highest quality files are:
Hindsight_LAN.xxx
Uniform_LAN_IV_LAN.xxx

(where xxx is MOV for Quicktime or WMV for Windows Media I recommend .wmv if you're running Win XP)

There's also an interesting behind-the-scenes look; it's only available as a Flash movie from the home page but you can get it as wmv or mov here:
Behind_300k.xxx (xxx = .wmv or .mov)

Be warned though yesterday they were seriously throttling the bandwidth on the new episode (Hindsight) and it took forever to download (they were allowing roughly half a second of bandwith every 20 to 25 seconds!); but the others were very quick. I imagine the bandwidth restriction will soon be lifted.

To put these on one of my Seinfeld DVD compilations, I converted the WMV to AVI using Video Edit Magic, then converted the AVI to MPEG using TMPGEnc. There may be a more direct way of doing it. For DVD, be sure to get the "LAN" versions I mentioned above and not the "300K" or "500K" -- the "LAN" versions are quite high quality.

Anyone know where to find highest-quality dowloads of the AmEx webisodes these days? Every lead I have is either a no-show, a short version, or terrible quality.

Also, how many were there? I only find reference to two, but I thought there were three... Someone, please set me straight if you can. Wink

(I'm surpirsed AmEx hasn't sold them on DVD for $10 - they'd make real money and get their brand into so many hands...)
