I'm not a huge football fan, I used to like Owens with his cocky attitude, and his unbelievable skill. But one, maybe two incidents, can be a misunderstanding. This guy just gets into too much trouble for me not to jump to conclusions. What do you guys think? (I'm going to guess that Jimmy cracks corn, and he don't care)

There are alot of assholes in sports, or for that matter, in any profession. But, as an athlete, you can insult refs, the coach, the owners...But, to me, there are 2 groups you should never insult: The fans and your teammates. He has crossed both lines a few times now, especially the teammates. So, yeah, he is an asshole. |

All competing athletes are assholes. People, in any profession, who's goal it is to defeat others rather than supporting win/win situations for all, are assholes.
There's no such thing as "healthy competition," I don't care how many billions of people disagree with me.
And spare me the "keeping prices down," and "improving quality" rhetoric... it doesn't fly. It's all Barbaric, disruptive, immature nonsense that breeds resentful behavior and assholism. PERIOD. |

Jim Harbaugh was just on a Monday Night Football post-game wrap-up show here in LaLa Land and he said his brother (who is a coach at Philly) says *everyone* on the Eagles roster wants TO gone.
Supposedly this all started last Summer when the Eagles wouldn't renegotiate his contract. And when that didn't happen TO stated publicly he would personally make everyone miserable.
[To T.O] "Why don't you just get out of the stadium! Nobody wants you here... NOBODY!" 
But, yeah...Bonds is another prick. Hammerin' Hank will always be #1 in my book. |

The Dinky Donuts thing doesn't really work as well with non-famous people. Nobody would ever recognize some dude by that name... Whoever the hell he is.
