gs: Brenda Strong (Sue Ellen) Armin Shimerman (Stan) Arthur Rosenberg (Judge) Cynthia Madvig (Woman #1) Marilyn Tokuda (Woman #2) Jerry Stiller (Frank) Estelle Harris (Estelle) Heidi Swedberg (Susan) Phil Morris (Jackie Chiles) Richard Herd (Wilhelm) John O'Hurley (Peterman)

Kramer befriends a caddy, who helps him to improve his golf game and offer his other advice. George's bosses consider him for a promotion when they think he is so dedicated to his work that he is there in the morning before everyone else and still there after they all leave. They don't know that he's just been leaving his car in the parking lot waiting for his free visit from a locksmith. Taking advantage of the situation, he and Susan go up north to her parent's rebuilt cabin. Elaine meets an old rival who's heir to the Oh Henry! candy bar fortune and has never worn a bra. She wears the bra as a top and cause Kramer and Jerry to have an accident with George's car. With George's damaged car in the parking lot, the Yankees think he's dead. Steinbrenner breaks the news to the Costanza's. Kramer and Elaine take her rival to court and only Jerry may stand in the way.

A great episode with many funny moments, IMO.

Jerry: Yeah, yeah, I didn't know what to do so I put it back at the stadium. Oh, wait a second, wait a second, they saw the car, they saw the blood, they couldn't find ya, and now that's why Steinbrenner thinks you're dead!
George: Okay, I gotta head back right away, I'll -- I gotta figure something out here.
Jerry: Well you gotta call your parents.
George: I can't, Steinbrenner might still be there!
Jerry: Aren't you gonna tell your parents you're still alive?
George: Nnnooo! They could use the break! Laughing

Not sure how I got dragged into this but here is a quote for Democrat from that very episode, succinctly proferred by George:

Go, go, get out, ...

This is the greatest episode of all episodes for many reasons. But my favorite sceen is upon hearing that his son is dead Mr. Costanza's only concern is why Steinbrener traded Jay Buhner. "My baseball people love Ken Phelps bat. They kept saying Ken Phelps, Ken Phelps." Classic!

error in the transcript for this episode.

http://www.stanthecaddy.com/the-caddy-script.html

When Jackie Chiles is discussing the Mishke case with Kramer he says it's "lewd, lascivious ..." The transcript says "vesivius" -- which isn't even a word.

Didn't see anywhere on the site to post suggested corrections.

Finding errors in the scripts could be a full-time job. Whoever did them, did the best they could, I suppose, but I wouldn't use any of them to place wagers. A suggestion was made to redo some of them at one time, but that kinda fizzled.

Curb Your Enthusiasm Series One: Interior Decorator, Larry says "I'm a very vivacious man, i think you'll find that yeah."

Lascivious, Vesivius, Vivacious

Kramer: You're just out for sex!

Jerry: You're just out for money!

Kramer and Jerry (together): Ah, Ah, Ahhhhh!

What I find interesting here is that Jerry manages to maintain his loyalties to both Kramer and Sue Ellen at the same time.
