Jerry and Elaine are watching TV late at night and stumble across "naked people" and that gets them both discussing whether they could have a relationship and not jeopardize their friendship. George says it can't be done, but Jerry and Elaine devise "a system"; however, it develops a little trouble when her birthday comes along.

At the end of this episode it seems like Jerry and Elaine are back together. But this is never mentioned again.
Does anyone have any idea what the deal is here? |

OMG! I just wonder the same thing! I even stared a discussion in my Seinfeld group about that! I just don“t understand what happened next! BTW, I think Jerry and Elaine are meant for each other, or it just seems like. |

I would like to purchase a copy of this episode on video. Is this possible? Should I call the station because I tried to find sites that sold videos of the show and I cant figure out where or how to purchase this episode. Is this possible? |

I might be wrong in saying this, but I don't think that this episode is available to buy.
The only thing you can do is hope you catch a re-run.
It would be nice if they released some Seinfeld DVDs. Maybe a selection of the best episodes. But it's not likely unfortunately. |

Rule number 3: the kiss goodnight.
Jerry says "tough one, your call".
I couldn't understand Elaine's answer because of the audience laughter. What'd she say there? |

Does anyone know WHY Jerry gave Elaine $182 and George gave Elaine $91 (exactly half)? Is there significance in the numbers that I'm missing? |

you when jerry and elaine are talking about "this and that" then they say "this, that, and the other", this and refer to freindship and sex, but what does the "other" refer to. |

First of all This and That aren't both friendship. "This and That" are sex and friendship. "The other" is a serious relationship... love... boyfriend and girlfriend. |

Jimmy, I wouldn't have even bothered responding to the poster before you. There are so many missing words in both posts that you'd think it was a Dubya quote. The "correction" was worse than the original post.

Perhaps I should have said "Let's leave it only at that" - meaning I'd prefer fully dispensing with the this and the other. |
