The Jacket from Seasons 1-2

I just downloaded the low res version of season 1 and 2, and I noticed a slight problem with one episode in particular -- The Jacket. This is also the only episode that begins with a little advertisement about this website. I notice the audio don't quite match up with the video.... possibly because of the ad at the beginning of the file? anyone else has that problem?
