gs: Jessica Tuck (Bonnie) Cleto Augusto (Scott) Wayne Grace (Ukranian) Wayne Knight (Newman) Bryan Cranston (Whatley)

Elaine and Jerry are suspicious of a friend's gift, when a gift Elaine gave him, a label maker, is given to Jerry in return for some Superbowl tickets Jerry has but can't use because "The Drake" is getting married on Superbowl Sunday and he is in the wedding party. George convinces his girlfriend to get her male roommate to move out, that he soon regrets. Kramer takes playing a game of Risk against Newman seriously. The Superbowl tickets pass through several hands and Jerry sees the game with his worst nightmare.

b: 19-Jan-95 pc: 611 w: Alec Berg & Jeff Schaffer d: Andy Ackerman

NOTE: Viewer Dave Antonoff note that while the outside of the stadium looked like the formerly named Joe Robbie Stadium, it most definitely was not. I'm not surprised, it would be to costly to shoot that on location, although I suppose someone on the production staff could have gone on a trip to Florida to recreate the setting in Hollywood.

Actually Seinfeld was shot in Los Angeles and not New York, therefore shooting on location in Hollywood would not have been difficult at all.

Joe Robbie Stadium is in Miami, so shooting the scene there would have been on location.

This is without a doubt the best constructed Seinfeld episode. The way everything was tied in is just fantastic.

the whole risk scene at the end is hilarious, with kramer, newman, and the ukranian guy on the subway. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard watching Seinfeld then seeing that Ukranian guy smash the Risk board and the expressions on Kramer and Newman's faces are just priceless. This is my favorite episode.

Sitting behind Newman would be the most public of his many humiliations.
BUT -
That is not Jackie behind Jerry and Newman.
It's just 3 black guys.

George: I guess she did. He's gone, now I'm the man.

Jerry: That's not a good role for you.

George: No, it's not.

Jerry: You unwittingly made a major commitment. That's a lot of pressure.

George: Oh my god.

Jerry: You wanted to be ensconced in velvet, you're buried.
