It isn't? That's strange.

I love that one too.....Kramer was hysterical when he went to Ray's apartment.

I believe you meant to say "mellifluous". How long have you been waiting to use that word ? Smile

Well, malifluous seesm to be a word that has worked its way into the lexicon. It has a VERY different meaning than mellifluous. It is up to Gendison to indicate which word he meant to use, regardless of how long he waited to use same. Ha! Smile

Well, I meant to use whatever word George used when he was describing Elaine's friend's voice...The one he got pregnant because of Kramer's defective condoms. He says to Jerry "Why didn you tell me she had such a nice voice, it's mel(mel)iffluous."

I couldn’t find malifluous in any of my dictionaries (hard copy or online). I’ve heard the word mellifluous before so I figured Gendison made a spelling error. Even Microsoft word recommends mellifluous (could Bill Gates be wrong?) when typing malifluous. If malifluous is what Gendison meant, then I stand corrected. Maybe I need a new dictionary. Someone please enlighten me on the definition of malifluous. Sad

If it's a "nice" reference, the word should have been mellifluous. The other is kinda Darth Vader-like. (note the definition of "mal" words).

Alright, alright. You see? This is why I hate
writing with a large group. Everybody has their own little opinions, and it
all gets homogenised, and you lose the whole edge of it. I'm going with MALIFLUOUS! MALIFLUOUS is the line! MALIFLUOUS! Yess!

Okay...... so what have we learned?

Somebody asked "Why isn't The Statue in season 2?" ..... And we're now discussing fungi?

Time for this thread to ease it's way to the bottom, like an old man into a nice warm bath, no offense.
