gs: Valerie Mahaffey (Patrice) Siobhan Fallon (Tina)
George's relationship with a former IRS worker may ease Jerry's tax audit worries- until she becomes his former girlfriend. She wants to know why, so he tells her the truth, this was after he gave her Jerry's tax records. Elaine sees far too much of Kramer, he's dating her roommate; in return he saw far too much of her, in fact all of her. George tries to get Jerry's tax records back, but he finds she gone into a depression clinic.
b: 25-Sep-91 pc: 302 w: Elaine Pope d: David Steinberg
NOTE: According to viewer Jerry Balsam, George first mentions that he has driven women to lesbianism before, something we'll get to experience in "The Smelly Car."

Krakatoa is an island in Indonesia that is actually "west" of Java, not "east" of Java, as Jerry mentioned to Elaine. Just thought I'd point out, that's all... |

Yes, it is west of Java, but there was a movie many years ago called "Krakatoa, East of Java" |

I just saw this the other day and noticed the "I've driven women to lesbianism before" comment, but thought that he said in "The Smelly Car" that he never had. Or I could be mistaken, I'm not entirely sure. |

Valerie Mahaffey is great as "Patrice". It's not a big role but has some good lines. She really does act pretentious.
Who so belongs only to his age references only popenjays and mumbo jumbos. Thomas Carlisle, 1864
You hate my earrings don't you? And you didn't comment on the chop sticks.
I'd really like to eventually live exclusively on my PAPPI-AY MA-CHAY hats.
Papers? Oh, Jerry. You're the Jerome with the tax problem. You know after that day with George I got so cuckoo I threw out all your papers. So I'd love to help you but I'll need the copies.

I also believe that this is the first and one of only two times when George's middle name, "Louis", is revealed. |

I find the name Patrice to be a bit pretentious. Perhaps that was the intention all along. Clever, if so. |

Didn't Susan go lesbian once? I remember a scene at a video store where george spots her with another woman. I could be wrong. |
