I bought these ab straps as a supplement to my ab wheel. After reading reviews on the iron gym ab straps, I opted to upgrade to these instead. I hang them on my iron gym and do leg lifts since I get back pain sometimes from traditional ab exercises. I'm about 5'11 160lbs and they comfortably support my weight, but I need to find a higher mounting point so that I can fully extend my legs.
I recommend this product. It feels very durable, well-stitched, heavy duty hooks, comfortable padding

This ab straps are just perfect. is easy to install and use, are comfortable, solid and secure. if you do it righ you can fell your abs working, knee raises can be one of the best ab exercises that you can do. totally recomended. this ab straps are also cheaper than others. dont look any further and buy this.

The Valeo ab straps are great. I like them better than the ones my gym has (Mod Bod) because they are wider--good arm support and quite comfortable. Plus, they are moderately priced. I use them several times a week and am very pleased with this purchase.

Couldn't ask for better-- very well-made, heavy-duty and comfortable. Price was outstanding. I expect these to last years with regular use, and the whole family uses them-- 6 of us-- ranging from 114 to 260 pounds. They easily support me, the 260-pounder, and could probably support someone in the 320-340 range. Highly recommended for everyone from gymnasts, runners and swimmers to football players, weight lifters and throwers. The small end of the attachment fits my 1" bar perfectly; the wider end should fit a 1 1/2" bar with no problem.

I wanted to do other types of abdominal exercises and I had a pull bar. These fit easily on my bar and seem very durable so far. They were not expensive and can be detached when not in use (but I usually just leave them up on the bar). My arms fit nicely inside the straps and are comfortable when doing my exercises.
