Description:

Audra, a young artistic girl, is deprived of her privileged childhood when her mother dies. Despite marrying out of her class, Audra finds compensation through her beautiful daughter, Christina, and she resolves that Christina will have everything in her life that she herself was denied. But, much to her mother's dismay, Christina abandons a promising career as an artist to become an acclaimed fashion designer. Christina's life is further complicated by an affair with a married man - an affair that leaves her pregnant. But all debts are repaid as the pattern of duty and sacrifice comes full circle.
