Product Description:
The EZ Up Inversion Rack from Hang UpsĀ® showcases a dual bar system that is designed for easier mounting and dismounting, and allows you to hang free from the door frame for maximum range of motion.

Amazon.com Product Description:
The Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up inversion rack offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats). Full range inverted sit-ups become ten times tougher than horizontal sit-ups--with minimal load on the back. It installs to the top of a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door, and takes up no floor space--ideal for cramped living spaces.

The EZ-Up inversion rack is compatible with optional Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots. Designed for the fit and flexible user, it offers a safe and convenient method of full inversion. The dual bar system is designed for easier mounting and dismounting, and allows you to hang free from the door frame for maximum range of motion.

Feature Detail:

Note about installation:
The EZ-Up inversion rack must be installed in a solid wood door frame constructed according to national building code standards.

About Teeter Hang Ups
Roger and Jennifer Teeter founded Hang Ups Inversion Products in 1981 and have been dedicated to manufacturing quality inversion products ever since. Roger and Jenny truly believe in the benefits of this simple, natural form of therapy that has been around since 400 BC. In the late 1970's, Roger tried many forms of therapy to help manage his pain. He finally discovered that by inverting, he was able to relieve his back pain and begin the road to recovery. He credits inversion for keeping him pain free, healthy, and active. Inversion has changed Roger's life, and now he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge of inversion and quality products.

STL International, creator of Teeter Hang Ups brand inversion equipment, has pioneered standards for quality and performance in the inversion market. All Teeter Hang Ups F-series inversion tables are classified in accordance with UL 2601-1 (medical equipment in a clinical setting), a rigid specification that tests the structural integrity of the equipment.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I add in some features for this product and it works even better
I use this for almost half a year now. I have to buy new jeans with smaller size. About this product, you have to have a strong upper body to kick your legs up and hang them on the bar. I use this with a few other items to add in the fun and ease. I use alone with the "Perfect Pullup". It makes it easier for me and fun. Then I add in the "GoFit 20 LB Premium Kettle Bell" one on each arm and do the inversion pull up. It is more challenged and pulled my back even more. I also use the "Perfect Pullup Heavy Duty Performance Series Ab Straps" alone with the "Perfect Pullup". Combo your work out, it is fun and more challenging. Remember play it safe, known your limit. It is no fun falling upside down on your head. Comparing this to the inversion table is that the inversion table is safer but boring and less challenging. This one is challenging, fun, taking less space but not as safe as the inversion table. I am athletic. I own both the inversion table and this. I like the gravity boots more. It is totally depended on your tastes and needs.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Teeter Gravity Boots
"My poor aching back?" Not any more, thanks to my gravity boots. Easy and comfortable to wear, and the effect on my back has been dramatic. Standing and walking used to be uncomfortable, and daily inversion has eliminated the pain.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent
After buying a bargin set of gravity boots(which ripped the first time i used them) I decided to go ahead and try a better pair. These are the ones, I use them on a standard pull-up bar and have gotten in the best shape I have ever been. Highly recommend

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - They are too small
These boots are too small for me and I am only 5'10''. As some other reviwers point out they are a pain in the butt to put on and are more painfull than what my EP-550 inversion table came with. Overall very frustrating experience. I am returning the boots as we speak. I just wish they had different sizes for people like me that have muscular build and have a hard time putting them on. Also after putting them on (a 2-3 min painfull experience) they are very hard to go inside the bars of the table and the few times that I used them I didn't feel very safe doing full inversion on the table.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Perfect inversion boots
I completely love these boots. I purchased these after I returned the Body Solid GIB2 boots which I found to be extremely uncomfortable after about a min of hanging. I didn't get these in the first place because they were a bit more expensive, and the fact that they were plastic. To the contrary I found that the plastic construction feels just as secure as the metal Body Solid boots did, and much more lightweight. The tightness adjustment is a must for this situation, since with the Body Solid boots I would always feel as if I were going to fall out if I didn't rigidly keep my toes pointed perpendicular to my legs. The padding in these boots covers all the right areas, and has a favorable texture for the small amount of slipping that occurs when you invert. I can stay upside-down for pretty much as long as I want with these boots (10 min generally) and the only side effect is mild pins and needles, no pain at all. I also really love the whole concept of being inverted and how it gives my lower back a deep stretch. It is also the best way to work your abs hands down since your abs are being stretched as you exert them putting a high tensile stress on your muscles. Highly recommended!
