About Perfect Fitness
The training principles and innovations behind the Perfect Pushup originated with Alden Mills, a seven year veteran of the US Navy SEALs. Rating: - best gym equipment i have
i love these, and ive used these the past year. these are alot harder than regular pushups. that being said if your new to working out do regular pushups for a little while before using these. dont worry about them being made out of plastic its not that big a deal and they work better than anything else. ill talk about my progress so far but first i have to say i didnt follow the workouts that came with this, at least 3 days a week i get these and do a max set, then i do a set of 10 with these, then i do a set of 20 clapping pushups. a year ago when i started i could do 90 regular pushups and 40 something with these. now i can do 118 regular pushups and 77-81 with these. they also do a good job at eliminating wrist pain.

Rating: - Impressive!
This product has changed my opinion of 'As Seen On TV' items. It works like a charm. Before using this product, I considered my arms to be pretty strong but my chest and shoulders lacked the definition I was looking for. I use the gym but I was always looking for something compact for the home in between gym trips. The Perfect Push-Up does the job for sure.

My initial test of the product resulted in being able to do a mere six regular Perfect Push-Ups as compared to being able to do fifteen regular push-ups. I felt so weak! After completing the first week, I could already feel new definition in my shoulders and my triceps. Now I'm on my second go-through and the reults are undeniable.

I recommend this product to anyone looking for a great uper body/core workout for home use. It's more than worth the cost!

Rating: - one of the few pieces of home gym equipment I use
I have tried various pieces of home gym equipment over the years and this is one of the few that I use on a regular basis. Love the different options that you get with the rotating handle, but even if you don't rotate it, this is a great way to do pushups. There are several great workouts online which use these is a number of different ways I would never have thought of, so this is more than just a pushup device. Lots of really good options to hit all the major upperbody muscle groups, including chest, biceps, and triceps.

Rating: - Bought For My Husband and He Likes It
I bought these for my husband. He likes the way they reduce the impact on his wrists and hands. They have a nice smooth surface that grips the floor without scratching it. They are a tad bulky but not overly so.

Rating: - It works.
I have been sedentary for a while and I decided to get in shape, this product was part of the workouts that I do now since it's only for your pecs, back of arms, shoulder muscles. Let me just say that I did pushups a few times a month even when i wasn't active, but the first time I used these as prescribed starting from the day 1 schedule, I was left sore for 4 days and had to stop. It was unbeliveable, somehow it manages to work out every muscle and way more effecivtely than regular pushups. After I recovered I noticed that I had a little more power in those muscles. Make sure you follow their schedule and don't work out every day to let your muscles recoer. Great product!
