While competing in a smaller charity event during the week, Adriano breaks his ankle. Dr. Tandy, the PBR doctor, says there's a risky surgery that could get him back riding before the finals- but he warns Adriano that he should only go through with the surgery if he feels like he has a shot at the World Title. Brendon recovers from bruised ribs and gains back his confidence. Anna wonders when he'll pop the question but it seems to be the last thing on Brendon's mind when he gets a visit from his ol' Aussie rugby 'mate' Justin. JW and Leann clash over Leann having to do all the household chores.But JW makes up for it with a romantic surprise birthday present that brings Leann to tears. An Okie family cake fight commences. At this week's competition in Ft. Lauderdale, Adriano doesn't compete due to his ankle, JW throws a tantrum when he gets bucked off yet again and Brendon has two great rides, only to get thrown off during the championship round.
