If anyone's interested, I got tickets to Jerry Seinfeld on June 3rd at Salle Wilfrid Pelletier, which i'm selling. Row R, 9:30pm show. If you're interested, e-mail me at tejinder_gill_19@hotmail.com

I'm selling them for $450.

Just so you know, I'm not a regular scalper. I'm a student and I'm actually going to the show, but i was hoping to sell a pair at market value so i could cover a bit of my costs (because otherwise, i wouldn't be able to afford them)

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Tickets to Pagliacci are cheaper.

What is the difference between a regular scalper and one that offers usury rates?

Can I pay in pennies?

I thought we agreed that you would trade those tickets to me for some hollywood memorabilia?

I think you should sell those tickets to Ramon half price. He's a minor celebrity, he might cause a minor stir.

Don't we have some kind of deal with the pigeons? Is not Ramon allowed to at least deficate, or something?

Be that as it may, that price isn't set in stone. If someone offers a decent price i'll definitely consider it.

By "regular" scalper, i meant that i'm not one of those guys with long grey hair, wearing the ripped Levi's outside the stadium, not knowing the name of the performer whose tickets i'm selling. I thought that the person buying these tickets would appreciate that i'm also a big fan of Jerry's.

By the way, Paggliaci's aren't cheaper. I believe Kramer wanted a thousand for the deuce. Wink

Anyway, if anyone has a change of heart, e-mail me.

Regular must have then a different meaning, depending on geography and local mores. Being a big fan of Jerry's would tend to make me think you might over-value the tickets. While someone who doesn't know his name might under-value, the true market is likely somewhere in between. If someone pays upward of 200 clams to see Jerry, I wish I had a passle of those tickets, myself. I saw him a few months ago for $50 - bought the tickets a week before the performance.

Kramer's intial offering of $1000 for the deuce went for naught, as you will recall. We don't know what some guy in a clown suit gave Kramer for his, but George supposedly sold his for $250 to Harry, but who later claimed $175. At any rate, you fall in good company. Kramer, George, you. Irregular scalpers.
