4. The Parking Garage
5. The Soup Nazi

A while back I did a contest, as vted on by everyone here on the forum. Most people really liked it, and it gave quite accurate resulsts, in my opinion. Here's a couple links to it.

If you want to look through all of it, just use the Search at the top of the page, and search for "Greatest Episode Contest" It will come up with all of them that I did. It went season by season, so there is a lot of info in there.

Humanitarians? Aren't they cannibals by definition, or at least by inference?

It is impossible to make a list of 10 episodes that better than the rest- It's like "The Switch" it can't be done...

Here are some of my favorites that are missing from this page:
The Fusilli-Jerry
The Cigar Store Indian
The Rye
The Hot Tub
The Wig Master
The Reverse Peephole
The Stall
The Calzone
The Gum

These lists are always futile in that there are so many good ones and many seem to take offense if the selections of others don't match their own. This particualr thread seems to be a happy exception, though.

After watching The Bris for about the thirtieth time last night, it still ranks right up there near the top. The dialogue writing throughout the show is just top-shelf. The Mohel is one of my all-time favorite one-time appearance characters in ANY show, Seinfeld or otherwise. George's discussion with Hospital Administrator Sweedler (or is it just Mrs. Sweedler) is classic Costanza. Pig Man Lives!

I'm with Jackie. Everybody's entitled to their own Top 10.

I tried to make my list, and I couldn't whittle it down further than my top 35. But I'll nominate one (I count it as one episode) for the Top Ten that everybody seems to ignore: The Pilot, parts 1 and 2.

One episode which isn't getting proper credit on this thread, whether or not there was some discussion about this previously, is The Millenium.

This is Michael Richards' best dialogue in any episode, hands down. Additionally, its Punto Mayo, the speed-dial ranking, and George trying to get fired. The Millenium should be a clear favorite for top honors.

It's pronouned: Thermometer
Will people be able to breath underwater in the year 2000?
Will people still be using napkins or is this whole mouth vaccuum thing for real?
These are my everyday balloons.
You won't even notice them, I've got a box of party poppers to put in front of them.
I have over 200 folding chairs and quite a bit of ice.

You screwed me again Pennypacker!

Of course this is also Newman's famous "Te-heh!!" when Jerry reminds him his party will be one year late and, thus, quite lame.

As Yev said, a Top ten is like the switch.

But i'll mention a few that are definitely in my top ten. Of course, these picks change based on my mood. I have a tendency to lean more towards the Larry David years, especially seasons 4,5 and 6.

Anyway,

The Fix-Up
Cigar Store Indian
The Virgin (all Kramer)
The Pick
The Glasses

Those are probably locks, I can't choose anymore. I'm spent.

Funny this topic came up, I made my list a while back. I gave it A LOT of thought. Like 7 hours worth...

1. The Merv Griffin Show
2. The Summer of George
3. The Voice
4. The Bizzaro Jerry
5. The Jimmy
6. The Race
7. The Secret Code
8. The Nap
9. The Cigar Store Indian
10. The Marine Biologist

I generally like the latter episodes... seasons 7 and on. not to take anything away from the other seasons b/c they were great.

okay. We all agree about that it's very, very hard to make a top 10 list. So, what do you think of an top 20. Better one 40, no 180!
