Jerry's uncle, who grabs people's arm while speaking to them so they won't walk away. Constantly speaking of his son Jeffery who works for the park's department. Jerry turns Uncle Leo in for shoplifting at a bookstore.

Thinks people should always say "Hello." When he is arrested after Jerry finks on him, Jerry is considerate enough to say "Hello, Uncle Leo."

Dr. Resnick : I got your ointment . Where's your nurse ?
Uncle Leo : She left .
Dr. Resnick : No need to get angry . Calm down .
Uncle Leo : I am calm .
Dr. Resnick : Leo I don't care for your demeanor .
Uncle Leo : Demeanor ?
Dr. Resnick : Now your just being difficult .
Uncle Leo : What are you writing ?

...This is classic Uncle Leo... Laughing Laughing Laughing

My favorite Leo is after Jerry has ratted him out for shoplifting and Jerry tries to make amends by selling "HELLO". Leo nods looking all forlorn and, as if it is a ritual that MUST be followed, says "hello" in return.

What happens to Leo's wife, Stella? She's in episode #20, The Pen (Stellaaaa!), in which Jerry's mom says she hates her like poison.

I am not sure that Stella is supposed to be Leo's wife or Leo and Helen's sister. She is introduced as Aunt Stella but not as Leo's wife.

Of course, she could also be Morty's sister - but why with Uncle Leo? One would think that if she were Helen's sister, Helen would not hate her like poison. Smile

We know later that the Adonis Leo is living with a woman he subsequently leaves because he views her as an anti-semite.

He also picked up Jerry's dicarded watch out of the trash and eventually sold it back to Jerry for an excessive amount of money...

Thought he was your father. (?) Did he compliment you on your fine penmanship, too?

actually, i was watching the Pen on my DVD and according to Notes About Nothing, Uncle Leo is in fact my father! Don't i feel stupid. I'm sure you've all forgotten who your father is at one point or another.
And a side not, apparently my mother is none other than Stella.
And here's another question that i should know the answer to: Were Uncle Leo and Stella living in Florida at the time? and then Uncle leo moved out to New York later?
