Pardon my spelling, but the character "Uscili Jerry" is a hand made miniature pasta statue the Kramer made for Jerry. This is what happened during that seen:
JerrySad Kramer walks in and places the statue on the table) What's that?
Kramer: It's "Uscili Jerry"
Jerry: Uscili?
Kramer: Yes, Uscili it's a type of noodle
Jerry: Why Uscili
Kramer: Because your silly
Jerry: OOh, I kinda like it

Also I might add that the words in the seen may not be exactly like it in the show but it is very close.

[In Andover Shop Craig's voice] "It's 'scene'." (not 'seen')

[In Jerry Seinfeld's voice] Who *are* these people??

You do those voices pretty well, but you've got to do something about those capital letters and exclamation points. It's 6:30 in the morning, for God's sake.
