Wackiest Character

saw "the heart attack" last night with the appearance of Tor - the holistic healer. this brings up the question of the wackiest character on a seinfeld show. i believe it is Tor. Discuss.

In my opinion it has to be Crazy Joe Divola. He is certainly one of the wackiest people on Seinfeld!

Of the non-recurring characters? May I suggest the guy on the subway who gets ahold of Elaine's TV Guide and sets out to return it to her. "You're watching Twilight Zone... Oh, that's a good one." "Those are worth, like, a lot of money."

The character moops said (Ricky)is a good one, too bad he didn't appeared more, his obsession with Elaine could be put to good use, "TR-6? I prefer to think of her as... Elaine."
