In the episode "The statue" was the statue stolen by that guy that cleaned his apartment or not. Cause when Kramer knocked on his door pretending that he is a cop and he is acused of stolen goods the guy said he doesn't know what he was talking about .

Did Fulton die in the hospital after laughing so hard at Jerry's jokes? We Don't know, and neither do they. It's a TV show!

Were George's fears founded. Did he really have Lupus?

Did Dr. Feffa really mean that Elaine was breathtaking, or was he just being nice?

Was Kramer ever arrested for paoching lobster, or let go?

Hate to break up the whole party, but Kramer in fact was arrested for poaching lobster. The gang actually drives by him as he's picking up garbage along the highway in his orange jail uniform.

That could've just been community service. I once had to do that for pissing behind a bank at 2am when I was early twenties. $100 fine and picking up trash along the road for one hour. But I was never arrested, or put in jail... just a ticket and a court date. Don't remember what we wore for trash pickup though.

If he was arrested for poaching, he wouldn't be in jail on a work program right away. He'd bail out, then it would take two to three months just to sentence him. Though I was wrong for suggesting that he could've been let go... he obviously wasn't.

It couldv'e been a guilty plea down to a misdemeanor. But like I said, it's a TV show. The point I was making was that we aren't supposed to know for sure whether or not he was ever arrested.

And a warning for all you youngsters out there... it's a funny thing, but police actually notice people hanging around banks in the middle of the night. Rolling Eyes

People without real world experience often do not appreciate the difference between ticketing and arrest, either! Wink Wink
