"We talk"?

Hello. I do think I have a pretty good knowledge about Seinfeld but yesterday I got to think about some old episode where the punchline is "we talk". First there is some women who say that and in the end an afroamerican (maybe gay dont remember) who says that. I tried to search the epiode guide but didnt find anything. Someone who got a clue? Thanks in advance
