An act generally performed in a men's locker room whereby the perpetrator pulls up on the back of the victims underwear thereby wedging the underwear tightly in the victims butt crack. See "Atomic Wedgie" for variation.

An atomic wedgie is almost impossible to get out of without assistance. I have had many and they are one of the most painful things ever.This is why I don't wear tighty whiteys anymore(its impossible with boxers without ripping them)
