What happened to the set?

Hey, forgive me if this has been asked before, but does anyone know what happened to the set after the show ended? I heard it went to the Smithsonian, but apparently this isn't true.. If anyone could shed some light for me that would be fantastic Thanks

I found it in a dumpster and took it home and set it up in my apartment.
