I don't think it was ever revealed.

We can even see his UPS business card, where it says nothing more than just "Newman" ( The Package Read the script of The Package Download the full epiosde video of The Package Discuss The Package )

At the end of The Scofflaw Read the script of The Scofflaw Download the full epiosde video of The Scofflaw Discuss The Scofflaw , Newman appears before a judge because of his parking tickets. The judge calls him Mr Newman which would lead you to believe that Newman is his last name. Just a thought.

At the end of The Bottle Deposits (Part 2) Read the script of The Bottle Deposits (Part 2) Download the full epiosde video of The Bottle Deposits (Part 2) Discuss The Bottle Deposits (Part 2) episode the farmer’s daughter does shout out “Goodbye Norman” as Newman is running from the farmhouse. I always thought she was mispronouncing Newman but you may be onto something. Maybe Newman revealed his first name to her.
