What's wrong with the girl jerrys dating!?

ok, so i had this on my head for a while now and i just can't let it go. I don't know the name of the episode, but it's when jerry is dating a girl that for him seems perfect...but for no aparent reason everyone else thinks she's a "loser", "outkast" and so on....and what i want to know is....What is wrong with her!??? i really didn't get it....so plz if u know something let me know.
