Which episode has George using a jack hammer, and eventually ends up hitting a water pipe. The stream of water (from the broken pipe)lifts a funny looking head or face way up into the air.

See, the title for this one came from, ironically enough, the pothole that the Phil Rizzuto head was lost in and George had to jackhammer it out.
