I got addicted when I was at school and Seinfeld was shown at 11.30pm after Newsnight on BBC2.
I love how the characters all talk and relate to eachother in a beleivable, recognisable way. I also love it's whole free- wheelin', free- swingin' attitude!

Age: 23
Sex: Male
Live: Seoul, South Korea
From: Canada

I don't really remember how I got into the show. I just know I've been into it for a long, long time.

Favourite Aspect: Every aspect. The non-sentimental, never-a-cheesy-moment attitude, the brilliant characters, the dialogue, the situations, you name it.

I appeared in 1993, so that makes me 11.
Gender? I'm a shirt.
Sweat shop in New Jersey is where I was born, now I belong to some homeless bums around NY who beg for change.
Kramer's gf, the Low Talker, "talked" Jerry into wearing me on The Today Show. Things didn't go well, from what I hear.
Favorite aspect? Well, some of those cracks made about me were pretty good, I have to admit. Avast ye matey!

I invaded Spain around the turn of the first millenium and was just settling in for a long reign of terror when I was eclipsed by the better financed and more popular Moors. They basically pushed me aside and stole my thunder... but I live on in '80s era parlor games...

Interesting that many of the respondants are from the UK. I am sooooo jealous that you get the DVD starting Monday, while we have to wait. I have been speaking with someone from the BBC show "The DVD Collection", they are filming a show next week in NY about the Seinfeld DVD release (and others). Not sure when the show will air, but if somecan tape it or TiVo it, that would great -- they may be mentioning this web site on the show. Smile

don't really know, started watching at young age, parents probably just had it on TV, they love it too!
characters, plots, meaningless conversations that people have everyday that has nothing to do with the point of a certain random discussion on the several oddball topics of the day Very Happy also, the way it's so REAL, this is reality TV.

LET ME ASK YOU-DO YOU USUALLY LIVE ON AN ISLAND OR LIVE IN A HOUSE WITH 10 OTHER PEOPLE DURING A NORMAL DAY? OR DO YOU GET UP, GO TO WORK, TALK WITH YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT THE PREOBLEMS OF THE DAY, FIGURE THEM OUT, OR USUALLY NOT, GO HOME, AND GO TO BED?
Very Happy

I discovered Seinfeld during military duty. I was an English instructor and I used Seinfeld episodes to teach English to officers. That's the reason why France didn't want to make war, we couldn't do anything but laugh. Laughing

I discovered it by chance many years ago on german television and though it was synchronized I realized that it was something special. It wasn't very succesful here. Now I have all the episodes on DVD and I watch it every day. when I'm through I start all over again.

I've watched it since I was about 7 and I didn't understand what I loved so much about it at the time.

What I love about it is that it's so different. There's no family, none of them are married, they don't have kids, and best of all,it never got sappy. It was always funny.
