I have seen the future, and yes, there will be a 10th, 11th and 12th season of Seinfeld. At least, I hope there will be...

My friends, let's take a reality break for a minute. Shall we? I would love to see Seinfeld come back as much as anybody, but 20 million an episode is out of the question for NBC.

First of all, the show ended because NBC would not pay the 4 main cast members one million dollars a show and now you heard that they will pay 20 million?

Secondly, NBC would have to jack up their advertising rates to accomodate such a salary for the cast members and no advertiser will pay that. Don't get me wrong. I love Seinfeld and would love to see it come back, but a lot more people like football more than sitcoms (I am not a football fan) and only during the super bowl can a TV network get away with that.

I believe that the only way Seinfeld will come back on NBC is with a reunion of the cast members, and I have never seen a reunion even one tenth as good as the original.

Here Here!!
Can I plz say that I totally agree with P dogg!!!

It's hard here in Australia on national television for they have stopped showing Seinfeld repeats altogether!!!! Sad
Although if you have cable television, then you can watch it everyday, but we aren't all that lucky unfortunately. Now, I hardly watch T.V at all now. Seinfeld was practically the reason why I watched T.V. It was like a ritual, every night during the week, get dinner ready then by 7:00 pm, Sit down, eat dinner and watch Seinfeld. Smile

I love Seinfeld!!! And, if they might come together for a reunion...........That would be magnifico!!! But if they don't, no hard feelings,just...........NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!
Smile Ha!!

Buy the Seinfeld DVD Set.

It's already available to you in Australia, mate.

Then you and Jerry's crew can meet anytime you want!

Honestly, I don't see future seasons. Keep in mind, even IF Jerry was willing to do it, you have three other actors who have tried to prove they can succeed in a show other than Seinfeld. Jason in particular is trying to do that with his current show, so after trying to get out of the shadow of 'Seinfeld', why would he want to go back to being the character he was more than six years ago?
Plus the show has been off the air for so long now, how do you put all of the ingredients back together and match the quality of shows from earlier? I loved the show as much as anyone, but I'm fine with the show ending after nine brilliant seasons. I can still watch favorite episodes start to finish and enjoy them as much the 100th time as I did the first time.

I hope to god that they do not bring back Seinfeld for a thenth season. I can not emphasize this enough, but it was great that they strategicly ended the show on a high note.

I watch 2 Seinfeld episodes per day via reruns! It would be fabulous to see a Seinfeld reunion show, if Jerry could just be reasonable about his salary! He must be raking in the dough in syndication! Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

I think the question should be asked, "Is Seinfeld ever going to end?" and I think not, according to Facebook there are more 13-18 year olds watching than 44-50 year olds.
